Shure completes conferencing ecosystem on June 30, 2020 | Marketing Team With the addition of the Microflex MXN5-C networked loudspeaker together with the MXA710 table array microphone, Shure has expanded its range of Microflex Advance products. Together with the MXA310, MXA910, Networked Mute Button, Designer, SystemOn, P300 and IntelliMix Room, the manufacturer is promoting a complete conferencing ecosystem from input to output. The Shure audio conference ecosystem is designed to flexibly operate in all room types providing consistent AV conference experiences, regardless of location across all enterprises. Ecosystem advantages include consistent-sounding rooms, easier maintenance and platform ready collaboration with leading third-party software and hardware conferencing platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco and others. Using Shure Designer software, AV techs can visualise the network with SystemOn for easy monitoring and troubleshooting. MXN5-CDesigned to enhance speech reproduction for AV conferencing applications, Shure has developed the Microflex MXN5-C networked loudspeaker. PoE-enabled with an on-board amplifier, the shallow can profile with a removeable grille is compatible in most drop-ceiling configurations. Integrating with the US manufacturer’s conferencing ecosystem of networked hardware and software solutions, the MXN5-C’s pre-tuned frequency response further promotes intelligibility. Network connection for portable devices via Shure software provides access for setup, configuration, remote management and troubleshooting. Further benefits of the UL 2043 plenum-rated MXN5-C include Shure Audio Encryption for secure meeting content, DSP utilities (EQ, delay, limiter, signal/tone generator) and compatibility with AES67 and Dante Domain Manager networks.Created as an alternative for spaces where the MXA910 or MXA310 might not be the best option, the MXA710 linear array microphone blends into meeting rooms with its low-profile form factor without sacrificing audio quality. Featuring four lobes with the 60cm array and eight lobes with the 120cm array, the new models incorporate steerable coverage technology for capturing audio anywhere in the room. On-board IntelliMix DSP includes Automatic Mixing, Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Noise Reduction and Automatic Gain Control for promoting echo and noise-free audio. Autofocus technology fine-tunes each lobe position in real time, adjusting for meeting participant movements. Room coverage templates within the Designer System Configuration software enables easy lobe optimisation in ceiling, table and wall installations. Available in three colours (white, black and aluminum), the PoE-powered MXA710 is compatible with both Dante and AES67 audio networking protocols. LED status bars at each end of the array come with configurable colours and brightness. Designed for mute and unmuting Shure networked systems including all MXA arrays and the IntelliMix P300, the MXA Network Mute Button is a configurable PoE-powered mute button accessory.
