Gearhouse Staging Connections, formerly Gearhouse has purchased the state of the art UHF-R wireless series from Shure.

In October 2006 Staging Connections, which is a publicly listed international event and exhibition company based in Australia had acquired a 51% interest in Gearhouse for an estimated 37 million UAE Dirhams. Hence the change in name and additional investments made to further enhance the company's position in the market as a leading integrated event production, staging, management and exhibitions company.

With the purchase of 10 channels of the UHR-R Series, the company has upgraded from the previous flagship model UHF-Premium. The new series is the most powerful and flexible wireless system to date from Shure. The system masters the high pressure and extreme conditions of any large-scale touring or installation environment while delivering uncompromising Shure sound. Rock-solid engineering, the latest technology, and unparallel RF performance provide sound professionals with all the features and flexibility they need to tightly control up to 108 systems for the most elaborate productions.

'Gearhouse have been using Shure microphones for a very long time now,' commented Chicco Hiranandani, Business Development Manager.
