Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, the exclusive distributor of Cloud, Electro-Voice and Shure products in the UAE has recently supplied UAE-based AV contractor Gulf Wireless and Television (GWT) for the Bavarian Suites project on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The project consists of two buildings on either side of the famous highway and is referred to as a mixed-use property providing both residential and hotel services.

The equipment includes a significant amount of speakers, amplifiers, mixers and many more for the various segments of the project such as the audio reinforcement of the multipurpose hall, gymnasium, the public address on various floors and even the portable sound system.

The list of brands supplied includes Cloud products, which are manufactured in the UK for many years now and deliver reliable as well as cost effective solutions for zoning, audio distribution and amplification. For example, Cloud's Pumpstation product range is used to distribute audio amongst the various gym equipment in the gymnasium, providing the end user a choice of sources, remote level control and this is executed over a CAT-5 infrastructure.

Various types of speakers such as ceiling speakers, surface mount speakers and full-range cabinets from Electro-Voice were specified and delivered to provide the familiar great sound that is delivered by EV's speakers in Emirates Palace Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah and even the Dubai Autodrome Grandstand.

Microphones from industry leading Shure were deployed in both wired and wireless format extensively in the meeting rooms, the multi-purpose hall and the portable system.
