Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors of Roland Professional in the Middle East have recently supplied four V-800HD vision mixers to Dubai based Production Technology (Protec). Production Technology works on a number of high profile events in the region. Production Technology purchased the Roland V-800HD after a demonstration by NMK’s Roland specialist Moswain Antao.

Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors of Roland Professional in the Middle East have recently supplied the R-88 to Dubai based Khaled Hamdy Audio Productions. Khaled Hamdy is an award-winning Music Composer and Sound Designer, with experience that extends well over 10 years in the creative industry. He purchased the Roland R-88 after a demonstration by NMK’s Roland specialist Moswain Antao.

Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors in the UAE have recently supplied the new PIX 240i from Sound Devices to Dubai based RedMark Studios. The investment in the PIX240i has allowed them to directly record a video feed from their video cameras over HDMI or HD-SDI into either a CompactFlash card or a solid-state hard drive and be able to quickly move the content to their post production suite.

Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors for Neutrik across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait) as well as Iraq and Iran have recently supplied Dubai based production company Eclipse with OpticalCON fiber reels for their video department's requirements. Used for connectivity to LED walls, Eclipse can now reliably send fiber video signals over a portable and rugged medium over long distances for their various corporate shows and concerts in the United Arab Emirates.

Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises, distributors for Neutrik across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait) as well as Iraq and Iran have recently supplied Dubai based rental company Artes with OpticalCON drums for their video department's requirements. Used for DVI to Fiber extenders, Artes can now reliably send over portable and rugged fiber video signals required over long distances for their various corporate shows and concerts in the United Arab Emirates.

Taking place between the 14th and 18th of October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, NMK will be exhibiting at the show’s second appearance in the region. Products showcased at NMK’s booth will include new products from brands such as Shure, Roland Systems Group, Midas, Rational Acoustics, ClearCom, Rane, Cloud, Sound Devices, Neutrik and Van Damme Cables.

Initially launched at NAB2012, the new V800HD from Roland Systems Group has already garnered a lot of interest from the market and also received the Broadcast Engineering Pick Hit 2012. The V-800HD Live Video Switcher is ideal for any live event or installation that requires the freedom to connect any type of source whether it be digital or analog, computer or video format.
